Recipes – Prawn Skewers




Prawns ( whatever size you want)

chilli ( optional)


garlic powder / chopped garlic

olive oil  

black pepper


bamboo skewers




  1. Marinate the prawns in lime, garlic, chili ,about 2 teaspoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. 
  2.  Place 3 – 4 prawns on each bamboo skewer ( depending on the size of your prawns) and place in the oven at 180 for 15 -20 minutes
  3.  Heat up a saucepan with a little olive oil and sauté the asparagus (add a pinch of salt  if you want to)
  4. Slice avocado, drizzle some olive oil over it and add some  salt and pepper
  5. Plate and enjoy
